To undertake such a huge task, we need a Sales Concierge Inbound Team Lead in our Lehi, UT location. The Sales Concierge Inbound Team Lead assists the Sales Concierge Team to provide excellent customer support, resolving problems with the account and any issue the customer has that may arise during the process.

 

You’ll change the world by...

  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as decided by management
  • Support agents by answering questions, handling escalations, providing documentation, etc…
  • Utilize and adhere to all tools, policies and rules that are provided and mandated by management
  • Facilitate training sessions for agents, participate in the training of new agents
  • Provide advanced technical support for NEO and the Customer Portal
  • Properly document all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customer’s account
  • Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance in the centered by management
  • Participate in agent development through call monitoring and side by side coaching, documenting each interaction
  • Provide RTM support when needed
  • Strive for improving performance by utilizing self and Supervisor evaluations
  • Perform agent duties during high call volume or as instructed by supervisor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred 

 

You’ll know you’re ready if you...

  • Minimum 1+ years previous experience in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Vivint Solar is looking for an Administrative Assistant that will be a solid contributor within Vivint Solar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be organizing and supervising the administrative responsibilities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. 

 

Key Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and provide office support
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Report on account status with regards to permitting, approvals, installation, and holds
  • Compile and submit expense reports for office expenditures
  • Schedule and organize office associated events
  • Communicate with internal Vivint Solar departments
  • Attend and actively participate in conference calls as needed
  • Oversee the storage and disposal of records as per the retention schedules and policies
  • Maintain general office supplies and ordering as needed
  • General customer support as needed

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient knowledge of office administration
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to web based programs and Excel

Vivint Solar is looking for a Concierge Sales Advisor that will be an exceptional contributor and facilitator. The primary focus of a Concierge Sales Advisor is to work with high performing sales managers by taking over a customer prior to install (at customer approved CAD) and progressing that account to install all the while ensuring a delightful experience for both customer and sales manager.

 

Key Job Duties:

  • Educating customers about Vivint Solar as well as features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Presenting price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures
  • Collecting signatures for Interconnection, PPA, SPA and HOA documents as well as processing transactions
  • Managing time effectively, meeting personal goals and working effectively with other members of the sales and management team
  • Following company call center policies and procedures
  • Attending team meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts and goals
  • Being prompt in your responses, day and night, including weekends
  • Having the ability to work extended hours subject to business needs

 

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • Technical expertise in the end-to-end process
  • Exceptional written and oral communication  
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills and maintaining positive relationships with every interaction
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
  • Salesforce expertise and fluency

As a full-time entry-level representative, you'll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. This position is also the perfect entrance into all other aspects of our business.

 

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Development and coordination of marketing strategies
  • Promotion of VIVINT SOLAR products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services
  • Network and expand customer base
  • Participation in ongoing training camps on a weekly basis

  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
  • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
  • Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set
  • Ability to work Mon - Fri: 11 am to 7 pm & Saturdays - 9 am to 3 pm
