They will coordinate funding activities between the Capital Markets and Customer Success organizations.  In addition, they must use their resources to identify operational inefficiencies and build business cases to improve processes.  This person will be able to represent the company with a high standard of professionalism and will make it their priority to make a positive impact on the post install to PTO process.

  • Developing Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Developing and publishing daily and weekly fund progress reports
  • Analyzing departmental data, identifying trends and developing business cases to improve cycle time

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal performance across funds

To undertake such a huge task, we need a Journeyman Electrical Field Service Technician that will be a solid contributor and leader. They will report to the Regional Managers within the Fleet Performance department. The primary focus will be to perform all field diagnostics and repairs in a professional manner.

 

The Journeyman Electrical Field Service Technician is preferred to have an active Journeyman or Master Electrician License within the local state.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Keep all appointments as scheduled, confirm attendance and seek to optimize field time efficiently
  • Advanced troubleshooting of system issues as identified and scheduled by the corporate Fleet Performance team
  • Diagnose PV system issues, including non-operation and underperformance, then develop and administer a remediation
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and interact directly with Vivint Solar customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve solar electric warranty and service issues that arise with: modules, inverters, and all system components to ensure maximum system performance
  • Record and submit daily paperwork associated with serviced systems
  • Actively report and communicate with Fleet Performance Regional Management
  • Comply with key performance indicators (KPI) set by Regional Field Service Manager
  • Attend webinars/calls and correlation meeting(s) as set by Regional Field Service Manager

As a Removal / Re-Install Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are installed properly and on-time.  In this role, you will report directly to a Crew Foreman within the Field Services group.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a four-man team to remove or re-install the racking system and solar panels on residential roofs.
  • Maintain a high quality of installation
  • Prepare trucks for removal or reinstalls for the upcoming day making sure everything is neat and organized
  • Clean and prepare trucks at the end of the day to ensure that the vehicle is ready for the next day’s use
  • Maintain compliance to all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and Vivint Solar standards
  • Diagnose PV systems issues, including non-operation, underperformance, develop and administer corrective action
  • Advanced troubleshooting of system issues as identified & scheduled by the corporate Fleet Performance team
  • Record and submit service activity on mobile software platforms utilizing company phone/tablet, associated with serviced systems

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a four man team to remove or re-install the racking system and solar panels on residential roofs.
  • Maintain a high quality of installation
  • Prepare trucks for removal or reinstalls for the upcoming day making sure everything is neat and organized
  • Advanced troubleshooting of system issues as identified & scheduled by the corporate Fleet Performance team
  • Record and submit service activity on mobile software platforms utilizing company phone/tablet, associated with serviced systems
  • Comply with key performance indicators (KPI) set by Regional Field Service Manager
  • Attend webinars/calls (correlation meeting(s) as set by Regional Field Service Manager
  • Maintain and communicate supply & equipment issues to properly address all service call needs
  • Maintain regular communication with field service techs and Fleet Performance Call Center
  • Ensure a high level of workmanship is adhered to as service work is performed.
  • Ensure work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes
  • Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues
  • Train, mentor and develop Electrical Apprentices
  • Maintain high quality control on tools, vehicles and materials needed for job responsibilities
  • Keep accurate records of material used and proper documentation on work orders relating to the installation
  • Maintain compliance to all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and Vivint Solar standards
  • Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership

Required Skills:

  • Experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting and repair
