At Vivint Solar, we’re changing the way people generate and consume power. We believe that people should have a choice between using outdated, dirty technologies and using innovative, clean solutions to produce the energy they use to live every day. That’s why we’re making it easy for millions of people nationwide to choose to go solar. Pretty much, we’re doing work that really makes a difference.

To undertake such a huge task, we need a Home Upgrade Coordinator that will be a solid contributor. The Home Upgrade Coordinator manages electrical and/or roofing upgrades and operations, including all communications, processes, and logistics for their assigned offices.

You’ll make a difference through scheduling home upgrades with customers, contractors, utilities, and in house crews. Our goal is to move accounts through our processes with quality, timely delivery and cost control. We strive to provide outstanding customer service and case documentation to all parties both in written and verbal communications. You will learn and demonstrate in-depth know-how to ensure smooth flow of technical and project information.

You’ll do that with…

  • Having the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills (written/verbal)
  • Excellent organization skills coupled with an ability to prioritize and organize large complex workloads. You will need to anticipate the needs of the assigned areas/accounts.
  • Good communication skills are required. You will speak with a wide array of individuals.
  • Multitasking with an ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong computer and clerical proficiency including answering phones, typing, and using software.
  • Adapt and accept changes quickly
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

You’ll know you’re ready if you…

  • Work well with team members and as an individual contributor to accomplish overall goals
  • Are ready to learn and grow
  • Have previous experience in a related role

One more thing...you’ll be required to submit to a criminal history check, drug screening, and obtain clearance from the state based upon the state requirements.
